Location: Pune

Experience: 10–15 Years (ISP / Telecom / IT Infrastructure Sales)

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

Joining: Immediate / Within 30 Days Preferred


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across Corporate, SME, and Enterprise segments.

  • Lead, mentor, and support the field sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Actively drive field sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, and new business development.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

  • Handle negotiations, finalize pricing, and successfully close business deals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management.

  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulatory guidelines.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.

  • Conduct regular joint field visits and maintain strong on-ground sales presence.


Target Achievement Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Review team performance regularly and implement corrective actions when required.

  • Drive accountability and performance-focused sales culture.


Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of leased lines, broadband, fiber internet, MPLS, ILL, and VPN solutions.

  • Proven experience in B2B telecom/ISP sales.

  • Ability to engage with corporate clients, SMEs, and IT parks.

  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.

  • Understanding of networking concepts (Mbps, latency, SLA, bandwidth, etc.).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
