Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – ISP Leased Line / IT Infrastructure

Location: Pune

Experience: 2–5 Years (ISP / Telecom / IT Infrastructure Sales)

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Joining: Immediate / Within 30 Days Preferred


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive field sales activities including prospecting, cold calling, and customer acquisition.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in SME, corporate, and enterprise segments.

  • Conduct regular client meetings to present telecom solutions and close deals.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for service delivery.

  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and market intelligence data.

  • Perform extensive field sales activities with strong on-ground presence.


Requirements
  • Experience in telecom/ISP sales or IT hardware sales.

  • Knowledge of fiber connectivity, last-mile connectivity, and leased line services.

  • Own bike and willingness to travel within territory.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Target-oriented and self-driven approach.


Required Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in ISP/telecom sales or IT infrastructure.

  • Experience with companies such as Airtel, Jio, ACT, Hathway, Spectra, Tata, BSNL will be an added advantage.
